OUR COOKIE STORY
Peace, Love, and Cookies Fredericksburg stumbled into the world under the name Peace, Love, and Cookies Lubbock (as in Texas, y'all). Cookier Linda Wickersham founded her cottage business in 2018 upon retiring from a 28-year teaching career. She freelanced as a writer-editor alongside her cookie making until moving to Virginia in 2023 to accept a full time position as an editor with the DoD. The move meant a transition for PLC to cookie-making for donations only - until now.
PLC is active once more on a limited basis. We are eager to serve Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and the surrounding community. Look for updated holiday posts coming soon.

We set ourselves apart in two important ways: our cookies are vibrant and intricately decorated, and our cookies are just as delicious to eat as ugly cookies. (We also offer several varieties of normal cookies, BTW. The menu will be up soon.)

SIGNATURE COOKIES
When you give a gift from Peace, Love, and Cookies, you can be assured you've given something completly bespoke - a one of a kind gift made for a specific person. If you order cookies by the dozen, your cookies will be unique to you: we craft every order to the tiniest detail. We pour love and expertise into every cookie, making each one a little masterpiece of taste and creativity, perfect for gifting or treating yourself to something special.
Signature Flavor
We blend Irish butter, cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, the yolks of free-range eggs, vanilla paste, and a special flavoring available from Whisk'd Kitchen Store in Texas with top shelf sugar and flour to create our signature decorated cookie. Our frosting is caramel or maple flavored but can be customized. All our recipes come in gluten-free versions.
